I'm here to assist you in this phase. I am a childbirth educator who believes that there is no single way to learn , so choose what works best for you and your partner. I teach Lamaze for the 21st Century, Hypnobabies, Dancing for Birth, and Christian Childbirth education. If none of these classes work for you, I can customize a class to your desired needs and teach it one on one for you and your family. I am a former labor and delivery nurse with a Master's in Education. I teach classes on selecting and interacting with your delivery team, how to be a good support for labor, how to plan before during and after pregnancy so you are not overwhelmed when your little one gets here, and a host of other topics.
